Do not leave trash or dirty dishes behind when you check out. 🔐 Safety and Sustainability: Make sure to lock the front door. Turn off the air conditioning or heating when you leave. Common areas are monitored by security cameras. Tap water is safe to drink. 🚫 Unauthorized Guests: You may not host guests who are not included in the reservation. The guest authorizes the owner or authorized staff to access the property when necessary to perform essential maintenance or repair work. Whenever possible, advance notice will be given.
