Important information about your stay 💳 Security deposit: As part of the reservation, an online pre-authorization is required to cover possible damages. No charges or holds are placed on the deposit. We never ask for bank details over the phone. 🕓 Check-in: From 4:00 PM 🕚 Check-out: Until 11:00 AM ⚠️ Late checkouts without prior notice may incur an additional charge. ✅ Mandatory online check-in: By law, we must register all guests. Do not leave trash or dirty utensils when you leave. 🔐 Safety and sustainability: Close the front door securely. Turn off the air conditioning/heating when you leave. Common areas have security cameras. The tap water is drinkable. 🚫 Unauthorized guests: Guests not included in the reservation are not permitted.
