Important information about your stay. Security deposit: As part of the reservation, an online pre-authorization is mandatory to cover possible damages. The amount is not charged or blocked. We never ask for bank details over the phone. Check-in: From 4:00 PM. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior notice may incur an additional charge. Mandatory online check-in: By law, we must register all guests. You will receive a secure link before arrival. Without complete registration, you will not be allowed access to the accommodation. Tourist apartment: We do not offer hotel services. Additional cleaning or extra services are available upon request. Pets: Accepted upon request. Maximum weight 20kg. Supplement between 8 and 20 euros per night. Failure to inform about the pet or leaving it unattended will result in a penalty. Rules: Parties, loud music and disturbing other guests are strictly prohibited. Rest time: 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Do not leave clothes hanging on balconies in compliance with historic center regulations. Do not leave trash or dirty utensils behind when leaving. Safety and sustainability: Please close the main door securely at all times. Turn off the air conditioning and heating when leaving the apartment. Common areas have security cameras. The tap water is drinkable. Unauthorized guests: Guests not included in the reservation are not permitted. Violating this rule may result in fines or expulsion from the accommodation. The guest authorizes the owner or authorized personnel to access the accommodation when necessary to carry out essential maintenance or repair work. Prior notice will be given whenever possible.
